The last book in the trilogy and it completely lived up to my expectations. It was very sad in parts, but didn't get as bleak as the two first books - probably because it was the last and therefore had to provide some sort of conclusion. I love reading about the relationships forged (no pun intended), and how they twisted and turned among each other. I would have liked to see Fitz become more efficient using the skill though. I felt that part was somewhat glossed over rather quickly.Robin Hobb is definitely a very talented author. I'll be looking out for more of her books.
